I always found coffee art interesting , I think because of two things, the mystery to me and that its art that has a definite expiration date. The mystery for me lies in that I have never tried coffee art although I don’t think I ever will try it due to the second thing I mentioned I can see learning how to use instruments not usally made to make precision art. From my minor knowledge in the subject I believe basic tools were used to shape and make the coffee art and this makes me think about how often times the “weirdest” tools can be used to create the coolest effects, but the only way to find out is to experiment. The wash and gradient effect on one of my painting was made by no brush but by using my hands.
If you know what tools were specifically used leave a comment.
